Ingredients

At noonva, we’re dedicated to crafting the freshest cream puffs, baked to perfection using only organic ingredients, including organic dairy, organic unbleached flour, and beyond. We use just the right amount of sugar for a perfectly balanced flavor. We proudly avoid food coloring, artificial flavoring, thickeners, gum, high fructose corn syrup, and corn syrup. Everything is made in-house, from whipping the cream to the final touches.

Operation Locations & Baking Schedule

We currently operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront. Operations take place from our pet-free home kitchen in San Jose for individual orders and our commercial kitchen in Menlo Park for individual orders and when we participate in farmers' markets.

We bake on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, starting early each morning to ensure your cream puffs are delivered fresh on the same day you place your order.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders can be placed up until 9 PM the night before your desired delivery date. Any orders placed after 9 PM will not be accepted for the following day. The order calendar is available for scheduling up to 30 days in advance.

Delivery & Pick-up

Daily delivery is available within specified time windows across several counties in the South Bay for a flat fee of $15. Store pick-up options are offered in Menlo Park on Fridays and Sundays, and in San Jose by prior arrangement. Please be sure to select the preferred delivery window carefully at checkout, as availability varies by day.

Order Box Sizes
